Nordecon completes extraordinary apartment building in Sweden – Väsby Terrass

"We’ve been operating on the Swedish market for three years now and I’m really pleased that yet another of our unique projects has been completed on time," said Priit Luman, a member of the management board of Nordecon AS. “The Swedish market gives us lots of one-of-a-kind experiences we’ll be able to make use of in Estonia in the future."

Väsby Terrace has a warranty period of five years and was designed by Thomas Eriksson Arkitekter, one of the best-known firms of architects in Sweden. The building features 59 apartments, each with a large balcony or terrace, and its construction cost 6.3 million euros. The residents of Väsby Terrass will have their own fully equipped gym, a bike storage room, a hobby room and a children’s playground. The gym and bike storage room and workshop are on the ground floor.

Upplands Väsby is a locality and the seat of Upplands Väsby Municipality in Stockholm County. It is around a 30-minute train ride from both Stockholm and Uppsala and just 15 minutes from Arlanda Airport.
