Väsby Terrace has a warranty period of five years and was designed by Thomas Eriksson Arkitekter, one of the best-known firms of architects in Sweden. The building features 59 apartments, each with a large balcony or terrace, and its construction cost 6.3 million euros. The residents of Väsby Terrass will have their own fully equipped gym, a bike storage room, a hobby room and a children’s playground. The gym and bike storage room and workshop are on the ground floor.
Upplands Väsby is a locality and the seat of Upplands Väsby Municipality in Stockholm County. It is around a 30-minute train ride from both Stockholm and Uppsala and just 15 minutes from Arlanda Airport.
