Nordecon and Nordecon Betoon concluded an agreement with OÜ ITT Capital in august 2016, to build a production hall for modular houses in Kumna village in Harku rural municipality for OÜ Harmet. The total value of the agreement exceeds 9 million Euros, excluding VAT. In addition to the construction costs, OÜ Harmet will invest an extra 5 million Euros to launch a new production unit.
