“We feel honoured that the developer Lviv Standartbud trusts Nordecon and chose us to build the office building in the business centre to be built in Lviv. Nordecon will also build a commercial building in the technopark Unit City in Kiev, established by the same developer,” said Priit Luman, member of the management board of Nordecon AS. “Lviv is a big city – the largest in Western Ukraine, and the oldest Ukrainian university is located there – which means that young innovative people are gathered in Lviv. The goal of the innovation centre LvivTech.City is to bring together knowledge-based enterprises with international partners, who will be provided with a vibrant and modern centre that includes modern office spaces and lovely places to spend time at.”

 “The office building to be built by Nordecon has 6 floors and a total area of 17,800 m².  The house will be built in accordance with LEED Gold standards, which means that the building will meet high energy efficiency and environmental requirements,” said Priit Luman.
