Nordecon has reconstructed the Green and White House completely as ordered by Estonia Spa Hotels AS. The ESTONIA Resort Hotel & Spa rejuvenated with the help of KOKO architects opens for visitors tomorrow, on the 2nd July.
“It was an interesting and challenging task for the builder, as the interior and exterior of a building complex continuing with its former purpose was altered almost beyond recognition – such practice is not pursued much in Estonia,” said Erkki Suurorg, Member of the Management Board at Nordecon AS. “An important part of the project was the trilateral cooperation between the ordering party, the architect and the builder, who managed to overcome several obstacles while working simultaneously and achieved a pleasurable result. The new modern and unique resort hotel catches the eye and surprises the visitor in every aspect.”
According to Andrus Aljas, Managing Director of Estonia Spa Hotels AS, the new hotel and spa complex with a conference centre built adjacent to the traditional treatment spa (Park House, i.e. ESTONIA Medical Spa & Hotel) caters for a significantly wider range of services with higher quality while being unique and outstanding in its own niche. “We have found inspiration from Estonian nature, national traditions, crafts and culture. When creating our new place of relaxation, we have among other things paid much attention to sleep quality alongside wellness services.
The new resort hotel has 106 all-inclusive hotel rooms. All rooms are for non-smokers and appropriate for allergic people. The ground floor of the hotel’s spa and conference building accommodates more than 300 guests, the 1st and 2nd floor house a spa and sauna centre.
