The apartment building is located in Upplands Väsby and is due for completion in June 2018. This is Nordecon’s third project on the Swedish market following the completion of apartment buildings in the communes of Huddinge and Nacka in spring and summer this year.
“We’re really pleased to have reached the point of being able to hold a topping-out ceremony on our latest project,” remarked Priit Luman, a member of the management board of Nordecon AS. “We launched operations in Sweden two years ago and we’re proud that we’ve already completed our first couple of projects. Plus we’re on course to complete the Upplands Väsby project on schedule as well.”
Väsby Terrass is an eight-storey apartment building in which there are 59 one- to three-room apartments, each with a large balcony or terrace. The first floor of the building features a gym and a room in which to store and repair bicycles.
Upplands Väsby is a locality and the seat of Upplands Väsby Municipality in Stockholm County. It is around a 30-minute train ride from both Stockholm and Uppsala and just 15 minutes from Arlanda Airport.
