Nordecon AS concluded a contract worth over 20 million euros for construction of the Meerhof 2.0 building complex at 20a Pirita tee in Tallinn. The contracting entity is Pirita tee 20a OÜ, subsidiary of Metro Holding OÜ.

“This is already the third over 10 million euro contract concluded by Nordecon AS as the main contractor with a Metro Group company – this clearly demonstrates that the contracting entity trusts Nordecon and has been satisfied with the work we have done so far,” said Avo Ambur, board member of Nordecon AS. “We will be constructing a complex consisting of two buildings with the total surface area of 24,000 m² at 20a Pirita tee. The buildings will be constructed in two stages. The construction works will commence in January, 2016. The construction works of the first stage will take 19 months and the works of the second stage 16 months.”
