According to Rauno Teder, Board Member of Porto Franco, the preparatory works on the underground floors of the centre are coming to an end and in the autumn, the main structures of the centre will be completed. “There is a very important in each development: when the underground construction work is completed and the work can start on the ground. Construction work is scheduled to start in September this year. The fact that the concrete works are about to begin means that the establishment of the largest leisure centre in Tallinn is in full swing. We want to take advantage of our unique location and thus give a new face to the Tallinn marine area,” said Rauno Teder.
“The start of cooperation in the development of Porto Franco means a lot to us – we highly appreciate the confidence of the managers of Porto Franco in the competence and abilities of our company. It is also a remarkable recognition for the NOBE design team, whose smart design solution provided the developer with an efficient, yet cost-effective solution,” said Mait Rõõmussar, Chairman of the Board of NOBE.
The design and concrete works carried out by NOBE and Kontek Int AS are done in a volume of nearly 77,000 m³. The construction activity will start in September this year.
