On Friday, April 15, the cornerstone was laid for the new warehouse and production unit in Liiva Centre, Kalmistu Road 26e, by the representatives of Nõmme District Government, Nordecon AS and State Resources Centre Ltd. The building with an approximately 20,000 m2 of gross surface area will be completed in October 2016.
"With the construction of a new and spacious warehouse we can offer our customers a more diverse set of services — our great advantage is that we are situated only a 10-minute drive away from the city centre, but at the same time we have great access to roads," said the Chairman of the Board of the SRC Logistics Park Tiit Karu. "The contemporary and energy efficient warehouse and production building is well structured and allows flexibility — the heights and sizes of rooms vary and different blocks can be used for different purposes. The heights of the warehouse and production rooms are either 4.5 or 9 metres, depending on the floor they are situated on. Additionally, there are approximately 900 m2 office and support facilities on a separate floor."

The height of the rooms on the main floor of the new warehouse of SRC is 9 metres and the surface area of rooms is 1,070 to 8,800 m2. The height of the storage rooms of floor 0 is 4.5 m and the surface area of rooms is 880 to 8,000 m2. The warehouse has a floor at the loading level, the building is equipped with all communication facilities, storage rooms are with different sizes and heights. The territory with closed parking is secured 24 hours a day and regularly maintained. Additional possibilities: office premises, non-work rooms, warehouse shelves, customs warehouse, warehouse services, the territory has railway connection and a catering facility.
